RAKU

Raku is an ancient word which means enjoyment and pleasure. It is a firing technique of exciting extremes and can be thought of as a gift conferred on a piece of earth by fire, smoke and water. 

This raku mask is inspired by the fascinating pre-Hispanic cultures of Central America and the design elements from the legendary Mayan civilizations of Mexico.
